      Decent benefits and have 401k

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. No communication between shifts, between management, upper management, HR, etc. One of the worst places I have ever worked. A lot of favoritism. Lot of close family and friends getting cushy jobs and getting desired positions over better or more deserving candidates.
