Pros

You do make good money in my opinion. Especially overtime. Long hours sometimes but worth it. Great benefits. Significant room for growth and tools to achieve that.

Cons

During orientation they tell you the rules one way to make it seem like it’s easy to request off for example. But then when you try to do so they tell you, you can’t because of this and that.
