First, the money is good.. We out pay most of the other companies in our industry .. Second, the people you work with are the absolute best.. I literally trust them with my life on a daily basis .. Ive been doing this for a while now, with many other companies and pilgrims by far out do them all. I honestly feel ive found my work home and family for life

Cons

The only con i can think of would be that a maintenance mechanic works pretty much 7 days a week. But thats everywhere you go in my field..

Cons

Horrible work/life balance - want you to commit everything to work and family comes last; Keep supervisors and managers that don’t hardly work but fire ones that work hard because they can’t stand someone to look “better” than the current management
