      Pros

      Job is great hiring is based off of friends family and homies instead of qualification.

      Cons

      How do you hire people because they can talk it but cant get good numbers on the shirt there on but consider putting one in charge that has been demoted several times we just got rid of two that didn't know the job now seems there will be another just go back and get the guy that knows it good are bad altitude that is something you can fix knowledge you cant.

      Pros

      ok pay and benefits if you kiss their but you may be able to stay long enough to use them. They will fire you if you file a grievance or upset the maintenance manager. Tim Sulivan.He has been the demise of at least 30 mechanics leaving in less than 3 years.

      Cons

      The union is in the company's back pocket.They can't save your job even if there's no way to lose your case. The company can and has fired people and don't pay them for the week they worked. The union can't even get you your money.
