      Pros

      Pilgrim's definitely care about the team members and gives them a sense of Ownership when it comes down to their career opportunities. They are always trying to promote within the company to adhere to our mission and stay true to the vision. You have the ability to meet new people and build long lasting bonds in and out of the work place. This is a great company to grow with but you have to be willing to improve in all areas and know that sometimes change is for the better.
