Pros
I work with some of the best people in the world, people who care about one another, the community and our customers. In my almost 16 years with Pilgrims I can see that we are working harder than ever to put people first and give our team members opportunities to grow, personally and professionally. It is still a work in progress, but I know we will get there and I am excited to be a part of it.
Cons
Feeding the world takes a lot of time, effort and commitment. The one thing I'd like to see us continue to improve upon is work schedules for team members.
