      Pros

      Northern Colorado is a nice place to live and is a very affordable part of the state.

      Cons

      Management from the middle to the top is full of self serving incompetent people. Bad ethics and culture. Serious cronyism taking place, mostly among the managers from Brazil. Women are second class citizens who have no shot at high leadership roles. Zero work life balance and bad pay.
