      Pros

      Most of the production workers were great people and there was rarely a dull moment!

      Cons

      Certain level of management tried to cover up plant liability in injuries. The company overworked production staff and threatened them if they didn't stay hours after their regular quitting time. Worst communication in any company ever: no one ever knew what was going on and the rumor mill was the best source of information out there. Turnover was outrageous some months every person hired walked out or was fired before the end of training.
