There is a lot of turnover inside the plant, but the office stays steady.

Pros

Benefits are up to par with other companies. A lot of great people to work with. Depending on position, pays well.

Cons

Pay between facilities not on track with each other. HR support lacking for anything other than the processing plant. Minimal amount on raises, whatever you are hired in at after the 30 day probation, get comfortable with.
