Pros
The salary I recieved and adding work experience to my resume. I also gained experience with managing people and how to handle myself under pressure in the work place.
Cons
Way too many weekends. Working 14 hour shifts during the week and 16 hour shift on friday or saturday. Upper level management is a joke and sweeps issues under the rug, then blames production for failures. Turnover rate is off the charts and hourly employees make terrible pay without ever receiving a raise.
