Pilgrims understands that building and encouraging their people is what allows them to succeed in the poultry industry. Employees are given the tools that they need, as well as management backing to succeed.

Cons

I have yet to experience any cons at Pilgrims. It is a great company to work for. The Batista Family believe in treating people right.
