Pros

You get a bonus I believe three times a year based on KPIs. Benefits are great (they use Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield). Currently #1 in the business unit with a strong team of collaborative people.

Cons

Be prepared to work 12 hour shifts 5-6 days during winter/fall. You get six day pay but can make it hard to have work/life balance. The highs are really high, and the lows are really low. Main issue is probably with the supporting departments such as HR and maintenance.
