Pros

Was at home all the time. Mainly because you had to keep things running, with alarms going off for ever little thing.

Cons

As the owner of the company, the farm, you held all the debt and Pilgrim's Pride became your BOSS. All the farms that grow chicken's for company's like them have more debt, all together, then what the companies are worth in equipment and stock market value. You are so far in debt, $1,000,000+ and they want you to stay that way by forcing you to do expensive up-grades if you want to keep making top pay. If you don't your pay cut is in the $10,000+ range. What they say and what is on paper can change with or without notice.
