      Pros

      The people at the plant level are good honest workers trying to earn a living.

      Cons

      The management at the divisional level is only interested in the bottom line. Quality and safety come dead last. I don't care what they say, numbers run the company.

      Pros

      A lot of learning opportunities if you are willing to work very hard to pursue them. Good bonuses. Culturally the company is decent, letting people leave early on Fridays, etc

      Cons

      You won't be rewarded for your contributions. If you have a chance for a promotion before you've been in your position for a year don't count on getting it. Fresh college grads in the ALT program are treated like royalty and will be paid better. Terrible vacation, 10 days at entry level and after two years bumped up to 12.

      Company was good at providing the experience in Safety Management.

      Cons

      Upper Management has no idea of what goes on within its Plants. The organization and management is very poor.
