      Lovely team and people, great brands, interesting work from NPD concepts, pack design, strategy, creative campaigns, activation, trade activity. Potential opportunity for sideward moves from being a large company (depending on area of interest) Excellent Grad programme & placement programme

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility - no hybrid working Still coming through a period of transition with teething problems and reactive rather than long term strategy. Doesn’t feel cohesive yet. Not necessarily people centric culture - policies, ways of working, complexity Hierarchical - benefits and annual bonus for senior positions, not for all levels
