Verbal abuse from Management, hourly workers, sexual harassment, incompetent HR staff and manager, compensation does not match work performed, Management turns a blind eye to all things happening unless their bonuses are affected, does not care about their employees ---- Overall Hostile work environment!!

Hard-working associates...that's about it. I can't believe I wasted so much time with this company. It says a lot when turnover is the main concern for HR...such a concern that they hold monthly meeting about it and it becomes part of your goal (in order to get a bonus) to reduce turnover in your department.

Cons

Good ole boy system, favoritism and the buddy-system ran the location where I was employed. Instead of promoting from within, the company brought in outsiders from competitors and trained them to be Supervisors. They would start out making way more than those supervisors that had been there for 30+ years!!! A college degree does not a poultry processing supervisor make!!! When employees leave, the company doesnt try to find out why. Because they don't care...you're just a warm body to them.
