Pilgrims is a fast pace, benefits, job security, and most of the time.

Cons

In my experience management is very childish. The supervisors nor the company cared about their employees at all. If you don't want to break your back or kiss up then there is no room for advancement.

Pros

The best part of Pilgrim's for me has always been the same- the people. I have been fortunate enough to work with really talented and dedicated people throughout my career at Pilgrim's. Even now with morale at it's lowest, the best of Pilgrim's continues to work hard and produce quality work.

Cons

The biggest challenge working at Pilgrim's now is that you are just a number on a paycheck. Nothing more and nothing less. Raises are replaced with bonus systems that are put in place to satisfy the raise complaints. Unfortunately, goals are changed in mid quarter to set you up for guaranteed failure and no bonus check. In the end, the corporation wins and the working class loses, again.
