The pay is good if your negotiate well.

Cons

Lack of resources to do the job correctly, role clarity and management direction. Turnover is rampant due to the aforementioned issues which leads to a deficit of institutional knowledge to build from, leaving employees to start at 0 and waste time.

This is an amazing company to work for! The benefits are great and the ladies in HR are great! Pay isn't bad for the work and my fellow employees and supervisors are absolutely great! The bosses work with you if you are having issues. truly great people and company to work for!!!
