Pros

The people are very nice and they have very good benefits packages. They take care of their retirees.

Cons

Policies are extremely inconsistent and not clear. Employees are allowed different things based on their managers discretion because of this. They do not like to breed and nurture talent (though they will say they do when applying/interviewing). There is a huge gap between local management and general staff. With a few exceptions, local management and upper management act as though they don't have the time of day for the lowly general workforce.

Pros

Benefits are decent. Great 401K. The company constantly has baseball tickets, free logo items, and other events to try improve moral where they are lacking.

Cons

Extremely old facility. Terrible on boarding and support afterwards. Management would rather put Band-Aids on everything than actually fix things. Don't ever bother giving suggestions to improve because if it's not management's idea, it will be ignored. Claims they want to change but give a million excuses why not to. Constantly favors people who have family member employees/connections. Always poor communication between departments and management.

Pros

Competitive Salary especially for entry level job.

Cons

Hard to stand out because the plant is so spread out and so many people work there. Too many managers and not enough centralized decision making. The work is hot and sometimes labor intensive even as a manager or engineer. The schedule changed multiple times within a year. Working overnight on weekends because of 24/7 plant, someone always has to be there. All white male managers.
