Pros

The people are great. Many long term people shows that the company had two way loyalty until NSG purchased them.

Cons

NA (automotive) leadership is pretty sure of themselves. One leader came from Lear and kept bringing in the people that helped bankrupt that company. The head of NA has been trying to move the HQ to Columbus because he doesn't want to move. So instead they move plenty of others at a high cost.
