Pros

It's slightly better than being on unemployment. You can use them for a stepping stone to get a real job at a much better company.

Cons

Pay is low. You are not respected by management. Management takes the word of other employees that talk bad about you behind your back and then you get wrote up with no investigation if the allegations are true. Their benefits are pitiful. They have a no-match 401k and a health insurance plan that sucks and is hard to jump through hoops to renew it every year.
