      Have a set career path in place for employees, including job advancement, compensation, benefits. Its easier to keep employees happy if they have something to work towards

      White male dominated management, religious workplace, unfair treatment of similar positions, hard to advance unless you have personal relationships within the company

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Family oriented, great place to build tech expeirience

      Cons

      Terrible benefits, they do not compete with market value. Short sighted, pay is too low to support a family without supplemental help. Management only care about their record and not the health and well being of their employees.
