Great Company to Get Into the Industry

Paid holidays, including bank holidays. Great potential for bonuses. Plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Management is extremely secretive, especially when it comes to things that affect the employees. The company tends to push a very "hands off" approach to dealing with customers.

Extremely cliquish which defines raises and training. Absolutely no career path so once one is hired in at a position, one stays there as long as one is employed there.

Most people were very interested in doing a good job, there were lots of projects to get involved with, people would help you

Cons

Lack of trust by top management, they were sure somebody was trying to screw them over. Wanted to punish harshly when people made mistakes. Could talk a great game, but not great at listening to understand.
