Only rewarding certain employees with career advancement who fit a certain physical criterion. Very odd and not fair to employees (current and past). Pilot should have focused on an individual's capabilities rather than who fits the mold based on ethnicity and gender. Unfortunately, Pilot has lost what it once had due to poor executive management and letting talented individuals go. The culture is broken and unfortunately, Pilot missed out on its opportunity to be a respected supplier.
For employees still with Pilot, there are many brighter opportunities elsewhere where you will enjoy your work and your colleague's. If you are looking to join Pilot, perhaps consider other companies for a better career experience and one that is based on accomplishment.
