Pros

You can see how much they care about employees now and how there is training and just balance with your home life. It is neat to come back and see how they have implemented so much stuff here.

Cons

It is still really understaffed. Everyone is doing 3 jobs.

Great place to work. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. Feel very fortunate to find work near my home, which is very rare. Benefits package is wonderful!

Cons

The Fingerprint process was the only negative experience. Had a very long wait and was exposed to an unsavory visitor that was not cooperating with the staff at the Juvenile Detention Ctr.
