- Work Life balance - Amazing supervisors - Benefits - Training -Work family - Schedule

Cons

It takes time to get interviews but don't get discouraged. It was worth all the interviews to work with an amazing team. Pay is on the lower side but it is worth it all to be able to provide services to Pinal County residents and those that live in the surrounding areas.

I haven't come across any disheartening reasons why I shouldn't like it here or suggest employment to friends and family.

Pinal County is a good place to work with future opportunities. The County is growing and it's a great time to be employed and be involved in future growth and changes. Health and retirement benefits are great.

Cons

The work life balance is not as good as boasted as the financial incentive is not keeping up with the growth especially if an individual is from out of state and purchased a house in the current market.
