Pros

The hours were set and it was easy to schedule a home life around. I had weekends off.

Cons

Ownership was unreasonable and unwilling to have a constructive conversation regarding compensation. He would show you various spreadsheets in an attempt to gaslight you into believing you were fairly compensated. He thought that by attempting to confuse you with nonsense would put the idea out of your head that the new hires were making the same hourly rate he was paying you after 7 years of employment. Ownership hired violent felons that had a penchant for making sexually explicit remarks about customers and took considerable pleasure in making others uncomfortable during conversation. These crude remarks said to me were made in front of management and nothing was ever done about it. Ownership attempted in engaging in a conversation with me regarding Q-Anon at the start on my employment. I rejected his request to forward me an email on this conspiracy theory.
