Pros

You're able to balance work and family. You will meet some customers who really care about your well-being and your life away from work. If there are any emergencies or unfortunate situations, you can let the management know and they will definitely work with you.

Cons

There aren't many cons that I can think of. It isn't really busy during the winter, but very very busy during the spring and the summer. Other than that, I think about the company in a positive light.

Pros

Good equipment. Good to fair middle and lower management. Good organisation for route work and decent understanding of scheduling.

Cons

Very bad upper management and owners. Owning family had a marked contempt for "underlings" and screaming outbursts by the owner/founder were well known. Rampant disregard for common sense rules and outright violations of environmental and safety regulations
