Overall a pretty good place to work.

Pretty laid back job; sometimes it could get a little overwhelming with the number of people coming in but that's part of working. Pay was good at $16.

Cons

Had to work weekends but it wasn't too bad because Saturdays were an hour shorter than normal and Sundays were only four hours. This also made it fair because all the store associates had to come in on weekends.

Despite fulfilling my job responsibilities, I did not receive proper compensation from Pinch A Penny until I got the labor board involved. This lack of payment is both a breach of employment standards and a source of personal financial inconvenience. I received my paycheck almost 2 months later.

Cons

Everything. 6 day work week every other week, low pay and they will surely make you work for more than your pay grade.
