Publishing is encouraged. * Work with smart people. * Have some say in the overall topics you want to work on. * Given a lot of autonomy. * Trusted to work remotely. * Focus can shift relatively frequently, so you can gain experience in new areas or with new methods relatively frequently. * Good work life balance.

      * Focus can shift relatively frequently. Not yet sure if this is a con. * Salary seems below market value.

      Pros

      I have the best team at Pindrop! Everyone genuinely cares about our people, product, and outlook. We have open communication, great benefits, and executive commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction. Pindrop has a great remote work culture and has really adapted well to going almost fully remote. New core values were introduced last year and they are embraced across all teams. While Pindrop has an unlimited PTO policy, the added Rest Days are a huge bonus when everyone is off work at the same time.

      Cons

      2 years in and I still miss a PC from time to time. Everyone uses MacBooks.
