Pros

- No bureaucracy, if you need something and you have a good argument you have it (and quickly). - People are genuinely smart and helpful. - Has about 300 employees, and I think combines the best of small and big companies.

Cons

Can not think of any.

Pros

Pindrop is a fast-paced company on the cutting edge of voice fraud detection and voice analysis. Pindrop provides a challenging (in a good way) and exciting work environment. Pindrop offers great overall compensation and has very competent management. Best of all, you get to help catch the bad guys!

Cons

Pindrop is not the place to work if you are lazy, ill tempered, or looking to just slide by. Working at Pindrop demands constant focus and attention to detail and often requires some sacrifice of your personal life. Expect to work 45 - 55 hours per week. A 45 hour week is fairly typical with occasional weeks approaching 55 - 60 hours.
