      Pros

      very innovative and everyone is so welcoming! Coming on fully remote was a new thing for me but I have enjoyed working here. There is so much to be a part of and leadership is very involved. GREAT benefits!!

      Not being able to see my coworkers but I think every company is dealing with this right now.

      Pros

      We try to make the world a safer and better place. I feel that Pindrop genuinely cares about me and my well being. My coworkers feel more like family than acquaintences.

      Nothing major. I've only encountered minor issues you might see in any job.

      Pros

      The culture is fantastic. Very laid back. Casual dress with tons of office events. Fully catered meal every Friday and breakfast every Monday. All the up to date technology you can ask for (95% Apple products). The CEO and management are very engaging and committed to the success of the company. The company offers flexible hours and most employees work 1-2 days remote each week. Right from the start you get 10 holidays, 20 days PTO, health benefits begin day one. We have an awesome Paid Parental Leave policy that is 6 weeks 100% paid. The company also pays for parking and we have a great location in The Biltmore building.

      Cons

      Really none. Every company has their positives and negatives. All I can say is that the CEO and upper management not only solicit feedback, but take action on that feedback. I would recommend to just keep pushing the envelope.
