      great place that has become even greater

      Pros

      Management really bending over backwards to support employees during COVID. Great people throughout the company. Very open to remote working.

      Cons

      For me, I do not have any cons. Best place I have worked in my career. Being a small, startup, there might not be the immediate growth path as in a large company, but to me, the small size and startup culture far outweighs that.

      The products work and the vision is clear. The best ideas win, teamwork is encouraged and I trust my coworkers and my leaders. Plenty of talented people to learn from and with.

      Very collaborative environment, friendly employees, very transparent and very receptive to employees needs and concerns.

      Long commute, but these days they have a temporary work from home policy.
