      Pros

      Open communications from the top down. Very fast growing organization but managing that growth very well. Extremely engaged Senior Management team. Great HQ location Mid Town Atlanta. Talent screening and hiring process rock solid. The working environment promotes entrepreneurial thinking and feedback and no good suggestion is refused.

      Cons

      if your looking for a 9-5 day job this is not the place. Supporting the international customers presents working hour challenges.

      Pros

      Fast paced. Exciting technology. You have a chance to make a difference and fight fraud. The people are great and the technology is amazing. A constant learning environment.

      Cons

      We're a start-up, so there are growing pains. We learn on the fly sometimes. If you aren't a go-getter we might not be right for you. We still need a more formal training process but overall the company is great.

      Pros

      - The people in the company are great. Everyone is friendly and open. There's plenty of knowledge sharing. - The problem of developing a security product that uses voice data is really interesting. - We solve real problems faced by real customers.

      Cons

      - Keeping a fast pace for too long has lead to folks getting burned out and leaving the company. Thankfully, the leadership recognizes this and has made changes. However, its still a work-in-progress with certain teams. - The benefits could be better. Even the highest premium health and dental plans cover less than what I've had other at VC-backed companies. This can be problematic when covering a family.
