If you are from a friend/family of ex-serviceman, you'll get a job offer of Managerial role without experience, but if you have experience and dedicated to work 24*7, still you'll be treated like a beggar/sweeper 2. You'll only get increment or appraisal if you have the practice of licking shoes 3. Spineless, arrogant, in-capable people are at top management roles in India, that's why they are going downwards in terms of revenue 4. "No bonus, no incentives, no employee skill enhancement programmes, Management always plays with words, never keep there promise
