Pros

The pay and benefits were fine.

Cons

Onboarding took months because there was so much bureaucratic bloat. They make you watch company propaganda to make you feel "proud" to work for a company that has a dark and unethical history squashing unions fighting for safe working environments in mining towns. Apart from that, the CEO on multiple occasions made anti-trans comments. Unfortunately no one spoke out against his comments, but speaking to coworkers, I was not the only employee who felt uncomfortable.
