Pros

4 day work week, was remote while I worked there

Cons

10 hour shift work at a desk that destroys your body. A boys club that DOES NOT PROMOTE WOMEN. Managers typically come from assets protection (think the people that stop shoplifters) and they manage people with masters degrees in foreign affairs or former CIA officers.

Pros

Fairly straight forward hiring process.

Cons

The company is below industry standards and doesn’t offer best practice (some may argue the bare minimum) benefits to its employees. There is no support to pursue any sort of learning or development and despite boasting that they care about diversity, equity and inclusion and supporting women and parents in security, the company does not offer paid parental leave or any parental or family benefits. Promotion opportunities are limited.
