Looks great on the outside, not so great on the inside

Pros

Co-workers are great. Individual managers are good. Pay is slightly above market.

Cons

No formal training process or professional development. Managers are terrible at leading virtually and have poor communication. Zero work life balance even when on PTO. Poor internal transparency. HR and finance systems are antiquated. Male directors, AMs, and agents can be rude as hell towards female staff.

Not great for contractors, mediocre benefits

Pros

The salary was pretty good.

Cons

If you're in a contract, you'll be pushed off to the contracting company who will then push you back to Pinkerton, where you'll be stuck in a limbo that nobody wants to own. Managers care more about making money than retaining people. The perks aren't great.
