      Cons

      Toxic, fake-nice culture, the company is held together by politics. Unbelievably understaffed and no regard at all for work life balance. No strategy, just an infinite loop of spreadsheets and useless meetings and managers running around in all directions trying to look good. Your priorities and deadlines change every other week with no consultation. Your VP will assume you’re not doing your job and, at the best of times, impart some of their infinite wisdom upon you in the form of « work smarter », without actually doing anything helpful. Nothing is documented and there’s no communication between teams. Ask the same question to five people and you’ll get five different answers. Total corporate chaos.

      Great work life balance, family benefits, and friendly people. Supportive work environment, and managers who value your work and success.

      Cons

      Poor financial planning and budgeting when it comes to headcount management. Lots of turnover with HR leaders have created ambiguous processes and limitations to how one can grow within their role/level.
