Absolutely horrible management. Mean, pernicious company culture. Bullying. Lack of vision. I have never seen leadership this disconnected in my entire life. Toxic office politics. 8-9-6 work culture. Top down managers. People who kiss up and punch down. Avoid this company at all costs. They are trying to keep you around using high pay. I am at a point now where I recommend that my friends do not use the app.

You might think you’re walking into an environment with growth opportunity because of the caliber of talent they seem to attract. Unfortunately, you’re getting burnt out ex-FAANG people who came to Pinterest to rest and vest. That translates to throw away work, leadership who doesn’t have a clear strategy, no sense of urgency, and employees who are too burnt out from prior experiences to push back.
