Great company to work for, especially for early/mid career growth
Pros
Due to relatively small teams (compared to larger companies like Google/Meta/etc), your ownership of projects will be quite large. Thus, you will learn a lot across many tech stacks, which is great for people in their early/mid career and want to learn and grow a lot. Really nice people. Great company culture, great engineering culture. Very open company culture, and everyone generally wants to help each other out. Knowledge sharing is routinely done here. Great work/life balance. Unlimited vacation is very nice. Remote work flexibility is AMAZING.
Cons
Due to teams being relatively smaller: sometimes you have to do things that are not so fun/exciting, but are required to push the project forward (say, debug a part of the tech stack you don't enjoy, or implement something you don't find exciting). Dev resources are generally limited, so it's important to prioritize your limited time and energy into working on the most important things.
