      Pros

      Pinterest is the most positive platform there is. They care about their advertisers just as much as they care about their users. They provide amazing experience and opportunities to gain knowledge in ad tech, and they have a wonderful company culture.

      Pros

      - Very grateful for the apprenticeship and opportunity - When i was there it was chill, way too chill. Felt like the sort of company that people go to coast. Specifically from companies like amazon and microsoft.

      Cons

      - Doesnt feel like anyone really cares about what they are doing. - The company still makes money but it baffles me how they do it, two rounds of layoffs while i was there - my mentor clearly didnt know what she was signing up for. pretty sure she just signed up for the mentorship to launch herself into a engineer manager role - Woke company
