Toxic work environment I saw harassment, bullying, and mistreatment first hand. There's generally a lack of accountability and a failure to address employee concerns. Lack of Transparency Executives lack transparency in decision-making processes and communication. Leadership withheld information, especially during times of significant changes such as the new Career Framework and the "challenging environment" and layoffs. Leadership across Product, Engineering and Design are not trusted. Restrictive Work Environment Don't talk about issues or face the penalty. Executives restrict free expression and stifle employee creativity. The current leadership prioritizes conformity over actual solutions. Death by a Million Cuts Cost cuttings everywhere (education, travel, while executives celebrate themselves eating chicken wings in front of thousands of employees and increase their own salaries.
