      - Great offices, good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      - Senior leadership making irrational decisions. - Lack of international execution - talked about being a global business but yet to deliver meaningful change. Senior management needs to build back trust from employees who are 100% bought in to new strategy/direction - otherwise business will fail.
