- Discriminatory practices: Pinterest requires each role to interview a certain amount of people from "under represented groups" but, don't want to necessary hire them. They will hire you just to make excuses to why you didn't meet the mark. I promise that you can do everything right, work long hours, be a "team player" and still get cut. Diversity & Inclusion is a joke! It's disgusting. Please be careful if you don't classify as "White" or "Asian". Pay is not the greatest, training is very much rushed and your given books while your in training, you’re constantly being given extra work to do on top of making your metrics each week, hard to feel like your doing well.
