      Pros

      The company mission is inspiring and I truly believe that the business wants to make the internet a more positive, inspiring place. The pay and benefits are excellent and there is good work life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanagement can be a major issue depending on your team and leader. Getting work accomplished can take much more time than necessary due to over involvement of managers at levels too senior.

      Seems like the company is experiencing a lot of growing pains, strategy changes on a dime. New process and way of working seemingly everyday. Lots of people hired, some with loads of experience some with seemingly any direct experience in their roles.
