      Pros

      There is a ton of potential for this company to grow, and for individuals to make a name for themselves here. Individuals are challenged with growing themselves while also leaving a mark on the company, which is incredibly empowering

      Cons

      New to monetization of the product, so there are a lot of bugs to work out. Along with that, processes are still being developed, so the company is in it's infancy in that regard. But that also means there is so much room for improvement, and you can be influencer.
