Top down management where Product and Design trumps Engineering. Core product led by inexperienced PM that has no clue on how to manage life cycles, knit, or generate innovative features. Low morale across many engineering ranks. Potential downturn and talent bleed this year. Well connected personnels are allowed to fail and point fingers. Talented folks are slowly disappearing month over month.
