      Pros

      Really wonderful people. Awesome projects. Work from anywhere. Competitive pay. Great work life balance. Trying to be the wonderful place on the internet. A lot of understanding and compassion.

      Cons

      A lot of restructuring which can feel intense and confusing (It is all necessary given the global economic changes, and most likely this is the case for most companies). Not great training programs for people or management. Tough to move to other departments.

      Execs sometimes make very poor decisions. Stock ain't that great. We always sell on the low.

      overworked employees and ego's are very strong here

      Pros

      some very intelligent and kind people work here, they have lots of funding.

      Cons

      The work-life balance is awful. Most of the employees seem like they were very popular in high school and still act that way. Lots of ego's, not too many people have time or are willing to help.
