Drama, management is only interested in if you're making them look good. Hours aren't great, mandatory overtime.

Friendly and approachable co-workers, ability to witness and be included in the manufacturing of a world class product from A-Z. Excellent opportunity for those seeking to learn and grow professionally.

Cons

Lower than average salaries when compared to other companies in the GA industry. Some members of upper level management are quite rigid and not open to new ways of viewing the business.
